Mr. Thomson’s thirty-one years of experience in mechanical consulting engineering has given him a broad range of experience including project management, mechanical systems design, LEED, energy conservation, alternative energy and sustainability, construction document production, and construction administration. Mr. Thomson has been a project manager and design engineer for numerous hangars, gymnasiums, fire stations, public safety type facilities, hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, residential facilities, office buildings, customer service space, warehouses, childcare facilities, schools, learning centers, and other similar facilities throughout the state of Alaska. Mr. Thomson is consistent in his approbation of sustainable design principles and goals. Mr. Thomson brings years of engineering problem solving and know-how to our team. When Alec isn’t busy engineering, he enjoys spending time with his family and enjoys biking & traveling."

"Thomas Allen, P.E. is a registered electrical engineer in the state of Alaska and an owner and managing partner at T3 Alaska, LLC. Mr. Allen has been in Alaska since he was 7 years old and is a lifelong Alaskan. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northern Arizona University. Mr. Allen has over twenty-nine years of experience in electrical engineering and project management. Mr. Allen’s experience includes project management, electrical systems design, construction document production, and construction administration. Mr. Allen has a diversified portfolio of projects that include new and replacement generator projects, large scale housing projects, community centers, clinics, hospitals, medical office buildings, high rise office buildings, flight simulators, large scale residential construction, industrial plants, warehouses, schools, and numerous other project types. These projects have been built throughout the entire state of Alaska from Barrow to Ketchikan. Mr. Allen also worked for the Municipality of Anchorage as the electrical plan review engineer and in that capacity reviewed a multitude of projects for code compliance. Mr. Allen brings years of engineering experience and engineering solutions to our team. When Tom is not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, camping, traveling, and coaching youth hockey."

Cassie Dalton, a lifelong Alaskan, is an owner and partner at T3 Alaska, LLC. She graduated from North Pole High School in 1997 and continued her education at the University of Alaska Fairbanks and the University of Alaska Anchorage.
With over 28 years of professional experience, Cassie has worked alongside the founding owners of T3 for more than two decades. She plays a pivotal role in the firm’s success, contributing to its launch, development, and continued growth. Her responsibilities span business and office management, accounting control, business development, marketing, and human resources, reflecting her versatility and commitment to excellence.
Outside of her professional life, Cassie embraces the Alaskan outdoors with her family, enjoying camping, hiking, fishing, skiing, and snowmachining. She also loves to travel and takes pride in supporting her children’s passions, whether cheering them on at baseball games or gymnastics competitions.

"Salen Horning is a senior mechanical designer and an owner and partner at T3 Alaska, LLC. She brings nearly twenty years of experience to the team and has been with the company since the very beginning. Salen has a broad range of experience working as lead designer on many different types of projects, but particularly enjoys the work and problem solving associated with tenant improvement renovations. She also assists Mr. Thomson in mechanical systems design and construction document production and is recognized as a valuable team member with her analytical aptitude, attention to detail, and deadline-driven work ethic. Away from the office, she and her husband are busy raising three young boys active in multiple sports. They especially love outdoor family activities that involve RV camping, fishing/boating, and ATV/UTV riding."

"Nate Solnit, P.E., was born and raised in New Hampshire and holds a degree from McGill University in Mechanical Engineering. Nate came to Alaska to work in commercial fishing as both a captain and an engineer. He decided to settle in the Anchorage area and pursue engineering full-time with the T3 Alaska team. Outside the office, Nate enjoys skiing and mountaineering in the Alaskan backcountry."

"Matthew Morner was born in Prescott Valley, Arizona. His family moved to Alaska in 2001 and has been here ever since. Mr. Morner is a University of Alaska Anchorage graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He has over a decade of experience in programming, software design, AutoCAD, and BIM Modeling, and nearly a decade at T3 Alaska, LLC, where he has assisted Mr. Allen and Ms. Redick with numerous commercial projects across Alaska. These projects include multi-family residential buildings, medical office spaces, industrial warehouses, and more. He enjoys all forms of computer technology, from programming, Artificial Intelligence, and Cyber Security, to hardware upgrades and building robots. Matt also enjoys travel in and out of Alaska, fishing, hiking, and camping."
