Mechanical design included plumbing, heating, ventilation systems, and sprinkler systems. Electrical design included power, lighting, communication systems, fire alarm systems, and central sound and CCTV surveillance systems.

Electrical design included site development, interior and exterior lighting systems, power distribution and contingent systems as well as telecommunications and information technology.
