Grass Creek North Phase 1 & 2
Owner - Cook Inlet Housing Authority (CIHA)
T3 provided mechanical and electrical design services for a multi-acre parcel that included ten townhouse-style residential buildings and a large multi-story multifamily building with common areas. Planning for future site expansion also took place. Mechanical design included plumbing, heating, ventilation systems, and integration of the multifamily solar thermal generation system. Electrical design included power, lighting, communication systems, and integration of the multifamily solar photovoltaic system. All the buildings had to be designed and built to the Alaska Building Energy Efficiency Standards.

Square Feet - 29,000
T3 provided mechanical and electrical design services for a multi-story apartment building. Mechanical design included plumbing, heating, ventilation systems and snowmelt, sprinkler, and natural gas systems. Electrical design included power, lighting, fire alarm, telecommunication systems, and site lighting and power systems.
Alaska Village Senior Housing - Lots 11 & 12
Square Feet - 21,000 each, 42,000 total
T3 provided mechanical and electrical design services for a multi-story apartment building. Mechanical design included plumbing, heating, ventilation systems, and sprinkler and natural gas systems. Electrical design included power, lighting, and communication systems. As well as fire alarms, photovoltaic systems, and site lighting and power systems.
